Description

Range of repair services provided by Orensakh, LLC includes various works - from minor repair to interior finishing in offices and apartments. Construction of low rise buildings and structures of industrial and civil purpose, including repair of utilities, landscaping and site finishing.

Orensakh, LLC performs the following repair and construction works:

1. Repair of capital construction facilities, replacement and (or) reconstruction of building structures of capital construction facilities or its elements, excluding bearing structures, and also replacement of some elements of bearing structures for the same of or other upgraded elements and(or) reconstruction of such elements;
2. Repair, replacement and (or) recovery of utilities system and networks of capital construction facilities or its elements;
3. Repair of landscaping elements, site finishing activities, repair of pavements, pathways, etc.;
4. Repair of linear facilities, changing its parameters or parameters of its segments (parts), which do not lead to change of class, category and (or) initially set performance indicators for such facilities, where ROW borders change and (or) protection zones is not required.

Client - CJSC RN-Shelf Far East. Prospective and appraisal wells No.1 and No.2 at Lebedinskaya site, Odoptu, Okha district. Well site. Recovery of roadbed of the well site, bunds, recovery of roadbed of the access road.

Repair works at administrative and household facilities (walls repair, reinforcement of door opening, stairs lining etc.) within the works on Warehouse building at 1G, Mira avenue in Yuzhno-Sakhalinsk.
