Pipe piles and sheet piles driving

- Odoptu Onshore Facilities. Odoptu 2 (North) Well Site Reconstruction. For NSW: 88 piles (406×12.7 mm), 17 piles (508×12.7 mm), 143 piles (530×12.7 mm), 647 piles (762×12.7 mm), 28 piles (762×19 mm). Total number of piles driven - 923 to the depth from 8to 25 m. Scope of work included welding, drilling and pile driving activities. Work performance period: November 2014 — May 2016 (estimated date).

- Odoptu Temporary Unloading Facilities (TUF). Odoptu 2 (North) Well Site Reconstruction. For TUF: 2533 sheet piles, 58 anchor piles, 55 Y‐piles, 60 mooring piles, 14 fender piles were driven to the depth about 10 m. Work performance period: December 2014 — October 2015.

- Odoptu Onshore Facilities. Odoptu 2 (North) Well Site Reconstruction). Piles driving for skids designed for drilling unit relocation: 84 piles (762×19 mm, 3 and 4 butt welds) driven at about 40 m depth. Scope of work included welding, drilling and pile driving activities. Work performance period: September 2014 – December 2014.

- Odoptu Onshore Facilities. Odoptu 2 (North) Well Site Reconstruction). Gas injection compressor unit. Scope of work included welding, drilling and pile driving activities.

- Chayvo Well Site Reconstruction – “brown field” activities (in very confined environment); driving of 132 piles, each pile – 530 mm; 26 piles – 324 mm each; 28 piles – 762 mm each pile. Also, piles fabrication, caps welding and flameproofing application.

- Chayvo – Arkutun-Dagi pipeline. Driving of about 160 piles (diameter of each pile – 324-762 mm) to the depth 14-20 m. Driving and extraction of more than 500 pairs of sheet piles.

- OPF Chayvo Reconstruction – driving of more than 600 piles with diameter 324 - 762 mm at the depth 15-20 m.

- Odoptu valve stations – driving of about 45 piles at 3 valve stations along the Odoptu pipeline route. Piles diameter - 530 mm, installation depth -14 meters. 

- Odoptu OPF – Driving of more than 1500 piles of diameter from 406 to 762 mm to 14-20 meters depth.  

- Odoptu WS. Drill site – Drilling to 21 m depth through eternally frozen ground for further installation of 5 conductors. 

- Skids for drill unit at Odoptu – driving of more than 200 piles of diameter 762 mm each at 30 meters depth.
