Thermal treatment

Activities during thermal treatment of steel structures, pipes and pipe spools:

• The Company possesses all required equipment and certified personnel to perform local thermal treatment of metal, joint and welded edges of pipelines of various diameters.

  Fabrication of steel structures for warehouse construction located at 1-G Mira Avenue in Yuzhno-Sakhalinsk

  FLUOR, Yuzhno-Sakhalinsk

  Cutting, assembly, welding of pipes and pipe spools, thermal treatment, NDE of weld joints, abrasive blasting of pipelines' surfaces, application of anti-corrosive coating and packaging of ready-made items with further transportation.

   Starstroi, LLC, Chayvo Pig Trap Station, Nogliki district

  Sakhalin-2 Project. Onshore pipelines. Piping assembly at Chayvo Pig Trap Station, spread 1.

  Thermal treatment of weld joints, including: preliminary and concurrent heating of weld joints.

  Welded joints control, including all types of NDE for the welded joints.

  Hydrotesting of the assembled pipeline.

  Commissioning and start-up.

  Repair of drain vessels, including: sandblast cleaning of surfaces and application of coatings with epoxy ЭД-20.

  Fabrication of pressure caps from 48" pipes with hydrotest performance.
