Quality Control

Activities performed during quality control:

Certified non-destructive testing laboratory of ETNO, LLC possessing technical equipment compliant with the requirements of Russian standards shall be involved into quality control activities.

NDT Laboratory of ENTO, LLC carries out the following control activities:

1. Visual and dimensional;

2. Radiological:

   • Radiographic test;
   • X-ray examination;

3. Magnetic:

   • Magnetic particle test (MPT);
   • magnetic-tape testing;

4. Ultrasound

   • Ultrasonic examination;
   • Ultrasonic thickness measurement;

5. Using penetrants:

   • Liquid penetrant test;
   • Leak detection;

8. Thermal control;

  Cutting, assembly, welding of pipes and pipe spools, thermal treatment, NDE of weld joints, abrasive blasting of pipelines' surfaces, application of anti-corrosive coating and packaging of ready-made items with further transportation.

  Thermal treatment of weld joints, including: preliminary and concurrent heating of weld joints.

  Welded joints control, including all types of NDE for the welded joints.

  Hydrotesting of the assembled pipeline.

  Commissioning and start-up.

  Repair of drain vessels, including: sandblast cleaning of surfaces and application of coatings with epoxy ЭД-20.

  Fabrication of pressure caps from 48" pipes with hydrotest performance.
